You’ll get:

  • Fully personalised sessions

  • Coaching focused on correct technique and strength

  • 1:1 or 2:1 (train with a friend)

  • Suitable for beginners, prenatal, postnatal and experienced lifters

Times: Various days and times available

Commitment: Minimum of 2 months - giving us enough time to see progress and real results.

I’m Kelly - a strength coach with a passion for helping people feel confident and realising their full potential with their training.

My approach is centred around lifting with intention, correct technique, and helping people to feel confident within a gym environment - at any stage in life.
